As Scripture reminds us: “Whoever walks in integrity walks securely, but whoever takes crooked paths will be found out.”(Proverbs 10:9)
In a world that often nudges us to compromise, integrity calls us to be honest, consistent, and true to ourselves. It’s not just what we say, but what we do daily — especially when it’s hard.
As parents and educators, we share the beautiful task of nurturing this virtue. Together, let’s help our girls grow into young ladies who are trustworthy, principled, and courageous in doing what is right.

Modesty isn’t about limiting them; it’s about helping them see that their worth goes way beyond looks or seeking attention.
It’s about shaping how they think, speak, dress, and connect with others – with grace and good vibes. In a world that’s all about external self – display, modesty teaches our girls that true beauty and confidence come from who they are on the inside.
Saint Josemaría Escrivá reminds us that “Decorum and modesty are younger brothers of purity” (The Way, no. 128). Let’s nurture this virtue in our girls, helping them grow into confident, respectful, and grounded young women.

Dear Parents,
Happy new month! As we dive into a new month, let’s take a moment to reflect on the beautiful virtue of Contentment. It’s easy to get caught up in the hustle, but true happiness isn’t found in what we have or achieve – it’s found in trusting God’s loving plan for us.
In The Way 766, Josemaría Escrivá reminds us, “Abandonment to the will of God is the secret of happiness on earth. Say then: My food is to do His will.”
This truth teaches us that contentment comes from surrendering to God’s will, even when it’s tough. As parents, you play a huge role in shaping this mindset in your daughters. When you show trust, gratitude, and faith, you teach them that peace comes from aligning with God’s plan.
Contentment doesn’t mean giving up on dreams; it means pursuing them with peace and purpose. Let’s work together to raise daughters with hearts full of gratitude, resilience, and faith 🙏.

Dear Parents,
Warm greetings and a heartfelt welcome to this new month!
Our focus this month is on the virtue of Sportsmanship: This virtue is crucial for character development, fostering discipline, respect, perseverance, teamwork, and the grace to handle both success and setbacks with a positive spirit.
As St. Josemaría Escrivá reminds us in The Forge, point 169: “The ascetical struggle is not something negative and therefore hateful, but rather a joyful affirmation. It is a sport. A good sportsman doesn’t fight to gain just one victory… He has to build himself up for it, training over a long period of time, calmly and confidently. He keeps trying again and again… until the obstacle is overcome.”
This reflection highlights that true growth comes through patience, consistent effort, and perseverance. I encourage you to inspire our girls to actively embrace the true spirit of sportsmanship.

Happy New Year! As we kick off this fresh and exciting term, we are focusing on the wonderful virtue of Cheerfulness. It’s all about choosing to be hopeful, optimistic, and positive, even when things get tough, and isn’t that just what we need for a fantastic year ahead?
As St. Josemaria says, “Cheerfulness is a necessary consequence of our divine filiation, of knowing that our Father God loves us with a love of predilection.” Let’s inspire our daughters to start the year with cheerful hearts, finding joy in learning and seeing opportunities in challenges. When they know they are loved, supported, and capable, anything is possible!
